These sweet 1988 jerseys are the last of the pull over variety that the Blue Jays wore. in 1989, they went to the button down style you still see today. This Alex Sanchez jersey was made for him as he was expected to make the big club after being drafted out of UCLA in 1987. He did not make the team until the following year.
This jersey was acquired by me directly from the Blue Jays storage area at the Skydome.
