Really nice New York Rangers Mesh gamer here worn by Mike Allison. Nice even wear throughout with un-repaired holes, stick marks and board burns along with inner pilling. This one was used in the early eighties and maybe during Mikes rookie campaign of 1980. I will be doing some more work to find out what season this is from but Rangers jerseys of this era are tough to pin point. The fight strap is different than the ones i've seen on 1985-86 rangers so that may leave that season out leaving 80-81 to 84-85 for years of use on this nice Rangers jersey.
Mike also played for the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Los Angeles Kings during his 11 year NHL career. Hailing from Fort Francis Ontario, Mike was drafted from the Sudbury Wolves of the Ontario Hockey League.
