Toronto Maple Leafs 1956
This flannel jersey, right from old Maple Leafs Stadium In Toronto, Is just one of the nicest jerseys around. This was used by pitcher Johnny Hetki, who also played for the Reds, St. Louis Browns and the Pirates. My Dad would tell me about the games he watched there as a kid. He was 19 when this jersey was used In 1956. You can see the ventilation holes under the arms and also see the bleeding from a blue undershirt.
